You know, people at the USDA are very careful about their contacts, to prevent conflicts of interest, bias, etc. So to accuse them of being part of a conspiracy is a very heavy charge, one that I'm sure you will back up in subsequent comments. :) And feel free to link to these 'important reports' anytime you want to progress beyond hand-waving.
